Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Brewery Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. This role involves supporting the brewing, canning and packaging process, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and maintaining efficient production operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and an interest in the food and beverage industry.

This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in brewing, packaging, and manufacturing within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the brewing process, including ingredient handling and equipment setup
  • Operate packaging machinery to fill bottles, cans, or kegs accurately and efficiently
  • Package and stack product on pallets; prepare for pickup and delivery
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all production areas and equipment in compliance with food safety standards
  • Support forklift operations for moving raw materials and finished products safely within the facility
  • Perform routine inspections of equipment and report any mechanical issues or malfunctions
  • Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues
  • Support beverage processing activities, including quality checks and documentation of production data
  • Help with inventory management by organizing supplies and tracking materials used during production

Skills

  • Basic math skills for measurements, inventory counts, and quality control checks
  • Mechanical knowledge to assist with equipment troubleshooting and minor repairs
  • Experience or familiarity with packaging processes in a manufacturing or food industry setting is a plus
  • Knowledge of sanitation procedures relevant to food processing environments
  • Ability to operate forklift preferred but not necessary (training provided for those interested/inclined)
  • Strong understanding of food safety standards and practices in a manufacturing environment
  • Attention to detail to ensure product quality and adherence to safety regulations
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety

Wage: Starts at $16/hr
